Meta Cloud API Integration Guide

Configure secure webhooks and message relays in the Meta App Developer dashboard.

Connecting Meta App Webhooks

Official Meta integration ensures message delivery speeds. Follow this guide to set up:

1. WABA Credentials

Copy your **Phone Number ID** and **WABA ID** from the Meta App Dashboard and input them in Botalyzer Workspace Settings.

2. Webhook Setup

  • Copy the **Verify Token** from your settings.
  • Go to Meta Dashboard > Webhooks > WhatsApp Business Account.
  • Input the verify token and callback URL.
  • Subscribe to the **messages** field.

    • Your integration is active. Incoming messages are now relayed to Botalyzer in real-time.
