How AI Works in Botalyzer
Botalyzer features dedicated AI Nodes that you can drag and drop onto your canvas. These nodes process user messages, match intentions using semantic vectors, and generate context-rich replies based on instructions you define.
Supported Models
We support industry-leading models, including OpenAI GPT-4o, Anthropic Claude 3.5 Sonnet, and Google Gemini 1.5 Pro. Tenants can select their preferred model per node and assign distinct credit boundaries.
Data Handling & Privacy
Customer conversations sent to AI nodes are processed in real-time. We configure API tunnels to ensure LLM providers do not use your customers' conversation logs to train their public models.
