Platform Limits & Specifications

To ensure optimal speed, stability, and safety across our multi-tenant cloud, Botalyzer enforces the following limits:

  • **JavaScript Execution Time**: Maximum 1,000 milliseconds per script node execution. Infinite loops are automatically terminated.
  • **Monthly Active Users (MAUs)**: Billed dynamically per month. Once MAU limits are reached, bots continue to respond but warnings appear on dashboard.
  • **Webhook Connection Timeout**: Maximum 5,000ms. External APIs must respond within 5 seconds, or a timeout logs to session history.
