Syncing Google Sheets Rows
Map user variables to online spreadsheets directly from the chatbot canvas:
1. Configure webhook link
In your builder workspace, drag the Google Sheets Integration Node. Select the sheet from your linked Google Drive account.
2. Map variable columns
Map chatbot variables (e.g. `{{user_name}}`, `{{user_phone}}`) to sheet columns (e.g. 'A', 'B', 'C').
3. Live Sync
When users complete checkout, Botalyzer inserts a row containing the user inputs instantly.
